Cancellation Policy for Gold Member Consulting Services

For our Gold Member Consulting service, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to our consultants and clients.

Cancellation by Client:

Clients can cancel their consultation service without penalty if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase and before any scheduled appointments have been completed. A full refund will be provided.

• Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule their consultation appointment without penalty if the request is made more than 3 days before the scheduled service. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of $50.

• Cancellation by Gold Member Consulting:

  • In the rare event that Gold Member Consulting needs to cancel a scheduled service, clients will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule their appointment at no additional cost.

• No-Show Policy:

  • No refund will be issued if the client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used when booking.
